This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on DynamicQuant subscription services. We strive to provide excellent service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Free Plan (Lite)
The Lite plan is completely free and does not require any payment. There are no refunds applicable as no charges are made.
Pro Subscription
For paid Pro subscriptions, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly subscriptions: 7-day refund window from purchase date
- Yearly subscriptions: 14-day refund window from purchase date
- After the refund window, no pro-rata refunds for remaining subscription time
Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
First-time subscribers within the refund window who have not used the service extensively
Not Eligible for Refund
Renewal payments, accounts that have violated our terms, or requests made after the refund window
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Go to your Dashboard and click on Subscription
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your decision
You'll retain access until the end of your billing period
Refund Process
If you're eligible for a refund:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
